YourBusinessPlansCo Official Policy 2025–2026

 

 

(Effective January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026)

 

 

 

1. Project Booking

 

 

Upon securing your booking, you will receive a JotForm to submit all required project information and materials. You are granted a three (3)-day grace period to complete and return the form.

 

Failure to submit the form within this timeframe will result in a $20 late fee per day until the form is received.

If the form remains incomplete beyond three (3) days and the accumulated late fees are not paid, the project will not commence and may be subject to cancellation without refund.

 

 

 

2. Website & Project Information

 

 

Your designer is not responsible for verifying or correcting the information you submit. Please carefully review all details—including spelling, grammar, and contact information—prior to submission, as most content is copied and pasted directly from your materials.

 

If incorrect information is provided, any edits or adjustments will require the use of one of your allotted revision roundsor the purchase of additional revisions at the current rate.

 

 

 

3. Turnaround Times

 

 

  • Full Website Designs: 15–25 business days

  • Landing Pages: 15–20 business days

 

 

Turnaround time begins only after all required information, content, and materials have been submitted in full.

 

 

Expedited Website Services

 

 

  • Same-Day Delivery: $250 (payment must be received before 11 AM)

  • Next-Day Delivery: $200 (payment must be received before 3 PM)

 

 

 

 

4. Communication & Responsiveness

 

 

Clients are expected to maintain regular communication with the designer throughout the project.

Unresponsiveness may result in delays or project cancellation.

 

If YourBusinessPlansCo attempts to contact you for five (5) consecutive business days without a response, the designer reserves the right to cancel the project without refund.

 

If you fail to respond for two (2) business days, YourBusinessPlansCo may extend your turnaround time by five (5) business days. Continued unresponsiveness by the fifth day can lead to cancellation.

To resume a cancelled or paused project, a $150 restart fee will be required.

 

 

 

5. Pause & Hold Policy

 

 

If your project must be paused due to missing information, pending materials, or lack of communication, a $150 hold feewill apply.

This fee secures your project’s placement for one month only.

 

After one month, an additional $150 will be required for each subsequent month.

After the third month of inactivity, YourBusinessPlansCo reserves the right to cancel the project entirely, unless the client chooses to continue covering the monthly hold fee.

 

 

 

6. Payment Policy & Remaining Balances

 

 

If you paid a 50% deposit, your remaining balance must be paid in full before any revisions are completed and before final deliverables or website access are released.

 

Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in project cancellation without refund.

You are granted a three (3)-day grace period after revisions to complete your remaining payment.

After this period, a $30 late fee per day will apply until the balance is cleared.

 

 

 

7. Non-Payment Consequences

 

 

Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe may result in:

 

  • Suspension of ongoing services or active projects

  • Withholding of deliverables, files, or documentation

  • Referral to a collection agency

  • Legal action to recover the outstanding amount

 

 

All actions will be enforced in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

 

8. Payment Records

 

 

YourBusinessPlansCo maintains detailed and accurate records of all payments received and outstanding balances.

Clients may request payment receipts or statements for their personal records at any time.

 

 

 

9. Policy Updates

 

 

This policy is subject to periodic updates to reflect changes in business practices or legal requirements.

Any updates will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.

 

By availing yourself of services provided by YourBusinessPlansCo, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this “Remaining Balance Must Be Paid After Service Completion” policy.

 

 

 

10. Refund & Exchange Policy

 

 

YourBusinessPlansCo does not provide refunds or accept exchanges for any services unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement between YourBusinessPlansCo and the client.

 

 

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

 

 

i. Change of mind or personal preference.

ii. Incompatibility with the client’s systems or software (unless explicitly guaranteed in writing).

iii. Failure to read, understand, or comply with product/service descriptions, specifications, or requirements.

iv. Failure to use the service correctly or as instructed.

v. Events beyond YourBusinessPlansCo’s control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, or acts of government.

 

 

 

11. Product / Service Issues

 

 

a. If a product or service provided by YourBusinessPlansCo fails to meet specifications or is defective, the client must report the issue within three (3) days of delivery or purchase.

b. YourBusinessPlansCo reserves the right to determine whether the reported issue is valid and falls within any applicable warranty or guarantee.

c. If a valid issue is confirmed, YourBusinessPlansCo may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide an alternative solution for the product or service. No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance.

 

 

 

12. Customer Support & Communication

 

 

For inquiries or concerns, clients should contact the customer support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Once a project is booked, all communication will be conducted exclusively via email. Messages sent via Instagram or other social media platforms will not receive a response.

 

 

 

13. Policy Modification & Legal Compliance

 

 

YourBusinessPlansCo reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Revised policies become effective immediately upon posting on the company’s website or other communication channels.

 

By proceeding with any purchase or booking with YourBusinessPlansCo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

The business guarantees that it holds all necessary and valid licenses to perform the services offered and that all work will be conducted in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
