Turnaround Time:
Designs are completed within 3–4 business days after all required information is received.
 
Revisions:
This service includes 2 free revisions. Any additional revisions will incur a $15 fee per revision.
 
Important Information:
To begin your submark logo design, please send the following details after booking:
    •    Your main logo (if already created)
    •    Your brand’s HEX color codes
    •    Your business name or initials for the submark
    •    Preferred style (e.g., circular, monogram, icon-based)
 
All required materials must be emailed to companyoftashoylllc@gmail.com immediately after booking. Incomplete submissions may delay your order.
 
Refund Policy:
Please note that all design services are non-refundable. Once payment is made and the project begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
